The masterpiece of nativity scenes on the island is the Belén de Yaiza, with its miniature recreation of Lanzarote. It seems like even ants have joined in the effort to build this little wonder! The municipal team, armed with patience and a few cups of coffee, spends about a month and a half each year transforming Plaza de los Remedios into a miniature spectacle.

Now, heading to Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote, where they have displayed no less than 500 figurines for their traditional nativity scene. The municipal employees of the Celebration Zone have outdone themselves in creating scenes that would almost deserve an Oscar for the most gigantic nativity scene.
