- Article 4.4: Cancellation by the local expert

- Article 4.5: Cancellation by the Partner
The “Local Expert” can cancel an activity if circumstances beyond his control make the realization of the activity impossible or dangerous, such as bad weather conditions, wars, conflicts.
The “Local Expert” informs the “Participant(s)” of such a situation as soon as possible.
If necessary, the “Local Expert” may propose to the “Participant” to postpone the date chosen to carry out the activity. If the “Participant” refuses this proposal, the conditions applicable in the event of cancellation of an activity by the “Local Expert”. will apply.
