La Geria Volcanic Wine Hike with Tasting

People often mix up “a pretty view” and “a real discovery”. Here, you walk through the heart of a lunar vineyard, shaped by 18th-century eruptions and the patience of generations of winegrowers. You’ll see first-hand how vines are grown without rain, take a close look at the zocos (the little stone walls around each vine), climb up to a viewpoint to take in the whole landscape, then finish with a tasting of volcanic Malvasía at Bodega Rubicón. Simple, authentic and fascinating.

How it works

Duration: about 4 hours, with a walk of around 9 km at an easy pace for occasional hikers in decent shape.
Languages: EN, ES, FR.
Meeting point: the free car park at Bodega Rubicón at 9:30 am. Pick-up may be possible depending on the provider’s availability.
Included: licensed guide, a light snack and water, and a Malvasía tasting at the bodega.
Not included: a full meal and personal purchases.

Step 3: Pay on the day
You pay the balance directly to the partner on the day, by card or cash, at the negotiated partner rate.
The result: your activity + my services = never more than the provider’s public price.
Cancellations & changes
– Up to 48h before: full refund of the deposit if you cancel, or you can change the date (subject to availability).
– In case of force majeure (cancelled flight, illness with a medical certificate, Covid, strikes, etc.): refund also guaranteed with proof.
